Beautiful little village with a great park area, beautiful flowers and garden areas which are beautifully looked after, plenty of places to drink coffee but the ice parlour on the corner has a fantastic coffee machine and makes great cappuccino. Bike rental available. Cable car ride to top of mountain is recommended. Plenty of hiking routes.

Nice restaurants, but some are a little understaffed, took a while to get a drink and place your order, and longer to actually get your meal. Not a problem at lunch but dinner was difficult. It is a very small town withal good variation of shops and reataurants. It is a good place to stay for visiting the area, you are close to the Austrian border so a visit to the cable car at Bregenz is worth doing as is a visit to the island of Lindau.PaulUnited Kingdom

Very posh hotel, we stayed in one of the outbuilding cabins, which was perfect given our 3 and 6 year old had the playground directly in front of the room, private little home. Very good breakfast buffet was included, which had the best selection of teas for tea drinkers that we encountered in a month of travelling.
